Do you know where I can download Photoshop?

I recommend you buy it instead of wasting your time trying to figure out what are the serial codes etc.

Do you do requests?

I am willing to do edits of a particular idol, however I will not make you personalized edits such as Icons, Wallpapers etc. Unless the edit is one of my biases hehe. 

Can I use your edits as my background/DP?

As long as you credit then sure.
